Refund policy

Naarks accepts returns of unworn clothing items that include original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. The return window begins on the day the tracking status shows the package as delivered. All approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.

For split shipments, the return window begins on the date and time the final package is marked as delivered.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined in full at our discretion.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive your returned package for processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the outcome.
